After you are done placing your order with us. We aim to deliver your items at your doorstep as fast as possible.
We are working with multiple shipping providers to provide the fastest and best delivery service to our customers which they can choose from. As soon as the customer's order is confirmed and dispatched, they will be provided with a tracking number which they can use at the shipping service provider's tracking system for accurate delivery time and update.
We ship to the following countries;
Desert Games ships to all the countries in the world except the countries mentioned below:
Central African Republic, Iran, Libya, Mali, North Korea, Palestine, Somalia, South Sudan, Yemen.
Delivery within UAE
UAE orders are delivered on the same-day, or maximum the next working day.
Residents of Dubai have an option of "Super Express Delivery" where they receive their order within Dubai in 1-4 hours only! **
**Applies to shipments with a maximum weight of 30kg and with dimensions not exceeding 12cm x 12cm x 12cm.
International shipping (outside UAE)
We have partnered with DHL and SMSA to do international shipments to our customers across the world.

- Oman - Best Line Express - 2 Days delivery time
- GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) - DHL (Express) - 2-4 days delivery time
- GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) - SMSA (Economy) - 4-8 days delivery time
- International - DHL (Express) - 2-6 Days delivery time
Kindly note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other local government or third party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties, and taxes.
